We provide travel planning, corporate and embassy event management, MICE, and related logistics. Quotes and itineraries are subject to availability and confirmation.

Bookings & payments

• Bookings are confirmed only on receipt of applicable deposits or payment.
• Third-party terms (airlines, hotels, visa authorities) apply in addition to ours.
• Cancellation and refund terms are stated at the time of booking.

Liability

We act as a coordinator between you and third-party suppliers. We are not liable for supplier defaults, force majeure, or events beyond our reasonable control.
